Be sure to engage the film sprockets so that the film windscorrectly on the empty right-hand spool.Close the film back. Trip the shutter release and wind the film untilit indicates the first frame in the frame counter.Assess local conditions and set the shutter speed for the desiredspeed of exposure.Select the proper lens and place it on the camera body clicking itinto place.Look through the lens at a subject for a test meter reading. Pushingthe shutter release button partially down produces a meter readingin the eyepiece without tripping the shutter.If you are not manually operating the camera, set the camera to theautomatic mode by placing the “A” on the lens aperture ring acrossfrom the aperture indicator mark.Expose the film.
