Identifiers are symbols that represent thedepartment and activity seals, the Navy emblem, and the logotype.Figure 1-13 illustrates acceptable identifiers.Figure 1-13. —Identifiers.This instruction also specifies the allowable typography and leading betweenwords and lines. Although generally uniform, regardless of whether thefinished product is an envelope, a letterhead, or a certificate, it does vary.This instruction offers a selection of standardized sizes and formats forcertificates and addresses the issue of color ink and color ink selection.Figure 1-14 shows standard vertical formats.
