To draw an arc tangent to two lines at acute or obtuse angles, follow this
table:

Given two lines not at right angles (either greater than (obtuse) or
less than (acute) 90°), draw lines parallel to the given lines at a
distance that equals the desired radius of the required arc.

At the intersection of the parallel lines (C), draw perpendicular
lines to locate tangent points T.

With C as the center and R as the radius of the required arc, draw
the required arc between the points of tangency.
