Common Software Commands, ContinuedVIEW featureTwo of the most common commands in the VIEW feature are ZOOM andTWO PAGE.ZOOM: ZOOM is a command that tells the computer to show more or lessof the document page. ZOOM commands have preset percentages ofmagnification ranging from 25% to 200%. Some ZOOM commands allowthe SYSOP to select the percentage of document to display. The ability tozoom into or out of a document is helpful when inserting graphics orcopyfitting text.TWO PAGE: In most instances, you will be working on documents in thePAGE mode where only the current page is displayed. The TWO PAGEcommand reduces the document image allowing two facing pages to appearon the screen simultaneously. This is desirable when you have to createWelcome Aboard or Change of Command brochures and need to view thepages side-by-side. Clicking on PAGE or TWO PAGE immediately executesthe command without further prompting.Figure 8-17 shows the TWO PAGE command for a multiple page document.Figure 8-17.—Two pages displayed on screensimultaneously.Continued on next page8-28
